If you are planning to relocate, please let us know. Withdrawals can be done in person or online. The steps are listed below.

1. Please complete the Intent to Withdraw Form- Intent to Withdraw Form
2. Email the Intent to Withdraw Form & your ID to achsregistrar@fortbendisd.gov
3. ACHS Registar staff will email you once your withdraw documentation is complete.  Please allow 24 hours.
