Dear Parents/Guardians,

At this time, we are only accepting Dual Residency and POA application renewals along with the required documents needed through an online process.  Please scan and email the application and all documents in one email to achsregistrar@fortbendisd.gov

Note: If parent/legal guardian lives in FBISD, student must attend zoned school of the parent/legal guardian’s FBISD address. Any addresses zoned to another FBISD school will be denied.
