Change of Address

FBISD requires these documents: 

Turn in documents to the Registrar's Office: Email to ACHSregistrar@fortbendisd.gov

 or Drop off at the Registrar's Office  

        Remember to include your student's name!

• Copy of Deed of Trust  or  Mortgage Statement  or  Lease
• Copy of current Utility Bill (Electric or Water or Gas)
• Copy TX driver's license with new address (change at www.texas.gov & provide receipt)
